7.73 Million USD in rsETH Stolen from Ethereum Safe Wallet

A report has emerged that approximately $7.73 million (about 10.4 billion KRW) worth of rsETH was stolen from a Safe multi-signature wallet on Ethereum. PANews reported on May 15th, citing Blockaid monitoring, that an attack targeting an unverified user's Safe multi-signature wallet on Ethereum was detected. The report stated that the attacker introduced a custom Uni V4 LP Safe module with a hook-based fund pool through a publicly available keeper multicall, which converted aEthrsETH to rsETH before Yoink MEV withdrew assets within the same block. Two transactions resulted in an estimated loss of approximately $7.73 million worth of rsETH.
