Across Launches ACX Exchange Portal, Plans to Terminate ACX Governance Functions by January 8, 2027

Across has launched an ACX token exchange portal, announcing that ACX's governance, utility, and economic functions will cease after January 8, 2027. In its official blog post on the 15th, Across stated that ACX holders can exchange their tokens for Across Inc. equity at a 1:1 ratio or convert them into USDC worth $0.04375 per token (approximately 60 KRW) until the deadline.

Both exchange options will be available until January 8, 2027. Equity swaps are processed on a first-come basis with a minimum requirement of 250,000 ACX tokens. Participants must complete KYC verification and U.S. applicants must meet accredited investor criteria. USDC exchanges are subject to sanctions screening.
