Across Protocol Ends ACX Token Operations, Offers Share Exchange and USDC Repayment

Across Protocol has announced the phased shutdown of ACX token operations and a transition to a new entity called Across Core. Starting January 8, 2027, ACX will lose all governance, utility, and economic value. Holders must complete repayment procedures before this date. They can choose between receiving company shares or USDC at a 1:1 exchange rate, with each ACX valued at $0.04375. A minimum holding of 250,000 ACX is required, and allocations are on a first-come basis. Users must complete KYC procedures, and U.S. applicants must meet accredited investor requirements.
