AMD CEO Lisa Su reported selling 95,000 shares of AMD ($AMD) on September 10 for a transaction value of approximately $48.15 million (about 649 billion won), according to an SEC Form 4 filing. The sale occurred at an average price of $506.80 per share, reducing her direct and indirect holdings to 3,717,701 shares. The transaction was executed under a prearranged 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on June 8. Su filed the report with the SEC on September 14. The same filing also disclosed that she gifted 35,000 shares.
