Arc Chain Trading Volume Hits $127 Million, Liquidity at 2.2x

Arc Chain's recent 24-hour trading volume totaled around $127 million (approximately 172.7 billion KRW). On-chain liquidity stood at roughly $57.91 million (about 78.7 billion KRW), representing a ratio of about 2.2 times the trading volume. PANews reported that the top 500 tokens on Arc Chain accounted for this trading volume, based on ARC Screener data. During the same period, there were approximately 767,000 transactions and around 32,000 registered tokens. Trading was concentrated on newly listed tokens and assets with high price volatility.
The figures are based on the top 500 tokens, meaning they do not reflect the overall trading flow across all Arc Chain tokens. Among these, Argus recorded a trading volume of about $21.97 million (approximately 299 billion KRW), while Tolly saw around $9.12 million (about 124 billion KRW). Both tokens surged by 915% and 679%, respectively. Similar to when Arc Chain token ARGUS briefly surpassed a market capitalization of $40 million, individual tokens have shown significant price movements in short periods, with some seeing gains exceeding 10,000%. However, the source did not specify the exact timeframe or base price for these surges.
Liquidity refers to the ability of the market to absorb buy and sell orders. Low liquidity means prices can move significantly with relatively small orders. While trading volume exceeded liquidity, this does not necessarily indicate a stable market. Repeated transactions using the same funds can accumulate trading volume without increasing liquidity proportionally. In markets concentrated on newly listed tokens, thin order books or limited counterparties may lead to higher slippage—the difference between expected and actual execution prices—which varies based on order size, bid-ask depth, and pool liquidity.
Arc Chain is designed as a blockchain that uses USDC (a stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar) for transaction fees. The public mainnet launch is scheduled for September 16, 2026. Arc describes itself as a network targeting financial markets, real-time fund movement, and tokenized assets. Prior reports indicated Uniswap (UNI) had deployed swap, routing, and liquidity infrastructure ahead of the Arc mainnet launch. While expanded trading infrastructure is positive, it remains necessary to verify whether actual liquidity keeps pace with token-specific demand.
The current data shows trading concentrated on newly listed tokens and high-volatility assets. The balance between trading activity and liquidity will be further assessed in future reports.
