Arthur Hayes Says Clarity Act Could Hinder Crypto Innovation

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes has stated that the Clarity Act could restrict innovation in the U.S. cryptocurrency industry and block the release of products aligned with actual market demand. Speaking on X, he said, 'Bitcoin has never needed the Clarity Act since its inception in 2009, and it will not need it in the future either.
