ASI Alliance FET Migration Attack Results in $1.56 Million Theft

ASI Alliance reported that during the FET token migration process, a cross-chain conversion structure was attacked, leading to the theft of approximately $1.56 million (about 216 billion KRW) in FET tokens. ASI Alliance stated that the attack occurred on the Ethereum-based TokenConversionManagerV3 conversion contract. Blockchain security firm Blockaid analyzed that the attacker called the conversionIn function using valid conversion approval signatures to withdraw FET remaining in the contract. Wu Blockchain reported, citing Blockaid's analysis, that the attacker's wallet also received NTX tokens issued by a NuNet deployer account. The total assets involved in the attack were estimated at around $2.01 million.
