Avalanche Helix Upgrade Activates Mainnet at Midnight on 23rd

The Avalanche Helix upgrade is scheduled to activate on the mainnet at 00:00 KST on the 23rd. The upgrade includes automatic staking renewal and C-chain Continuous Execution. According to Avalanche's official developer documentation, Helix will be applied to the mainnet at 15:00 UTC on the 22nd. Mainnet validators must upgrade to AvalancheGo v1.15.0 before activation. After Helix implementation, validators can automatically renew their staking periods. The minimum staking duration for mainnet validators has been reduced from two weeks to 48 hours, and the required uptime for reward payouts has increased from 80% to 90%. Continuous Execution, which separates consensus and execution, and a dynamic minimum gas price based on validator stake have been introduced to the C-chain.
