Banxa Joins Fireblocks' Institutional Payment Network with 479K Transactions

Banxa has joined Fireblocks' institutional payment network as a primary provider. The companies cited over 479,000 transactions and a 99.1% withdrawal success rate using the network. Fireblocks introduced Banxa as a key provider for its 'Fireblocks Network for Payments' on March 26, 2026.
Institutional clients can now convert fiat to digital assets through Banxa without separate custom integrations. Banxa provides on-ramp and off-ramp infrastructure connecting exchanges, wallets, and DeFi platforms between fiat and digital assets. On-ramp services convert fiat to digital assets, while off-ramp services convert digital assets to fiat.
The Fireblocks Network for Payments connects banks, payment service providers, fintech companies, stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, and on/off-ramp businesses via API. Fireblocks launched the network on September 4, 2025, supporting over 100 countries and 60+ currencies, with Banxa among more than 40 initial participating companies.
Supported payment networks include Canada's Interac, Australia's PayID and NPP, and Europe's SEPA. Supported currencies are CAD, AUD, EUR, and others. Fireblocks' data shows $22 million in processed volume, with Banxa reporting a 99.1% success rate on the network.
The companies noted that Banxa's Canadian, Australian, and Eurozone payment services launched simultaneously on the network, though this detail wasn't separately confirmed in official materials. The reported figures represent transactions using Fireblocks' infrastructure, not Banxa's overall business performance.
