Bessent: Recent Two Treasury Auctions Show Strong Demand

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent assessed that demand has been strong in the recent two treasury auctions following US Treasury debt repurchases. Bessent also stated the Treasury Department's position that it does not set a balanced price for bond yields.
