Binance bStocks to Reinvest SPYB Dividend Proceeds Instead of Cash Payout

Binance has informed users that net dividend proceeds from the underlying assets of its tokenized S&P500 ETF, SPYB, will not be paid out in cash but instead reinvested to reflect economic exposure to the same underlying asset. In its official FAQ, Binance stated that net dividends from the underlying assets will be reinvested by adding additional units or partial ownership reflecting economic exposure, with adjustments applied to user accounts via multiplier adjustments. Deductions for withholding tax and fees may apply.
Binance also clarified that bStocks do not provide direct ownership of the underlying asset or voting rights, and tax treatment, timing, and economic handling may differ from traditional stock holdings.
