On September 18 at 7:30 a.m., the domestic cryptocurrency market showed renewed preference for risk assets. Total trading volume (Upbit, Bithumb) reached 2.1 trillion KRW over 24 hours, with 32 out of 43 stocks exceeding 5 billion KRW in trading volume rising—a 74% rise rate. Major cryptocurrencies advanced together: Bitcoin rose 0.4% to 105.3 million KRW from the previous day, while Ethereum gained 1.3% to 337 million KRW.

The biggest gainer was Travalis, listed on Bithumb, which surged 74.8% to 374 KRW, attracting 52.4 billion KRW in trading volume. Delosium rose 28.4%, and Uniswap climbed 18.9%. On the decline, JPY Coin fell 22.0% and Vitortoken dropped 10.6%. By absolute trading volume, JPY Coin led with 280.6 billion KRW, followed by XRP (141.4 billion KRW) and Tether (108.4 billion KRW). The top five assets accounted for about 30% of total market volume.

In derivatives markets, $206 million was liquidated over 24 hours with longs at 50.3% and shorts at 49.7%. Deribit Bitcoin options put/call ratio stood at 0.78 based on trading activity, indicating more capital betting on price increases. Market sentiment remained subdued as the Fear & Greed Index dropped to 50 from 51, entering a 'neutral' range. Kimchi Premium stayed at +0.1%, maintaining slightly higher domestic prices compared to overseas markets.
