Bitcoin Experiences Third Single-Block Reorganization Since August 16

The Bitcoin (BTC) network experienced a single-block reorganization on September 11. During this process, approximately 3.1389 BTC in block rewards for a block mined by SpiderPool were not distributed. Odaily reported citing Galaxy Research data that this reorganization marks the third instance since August 16 and August 24.

Two mining pools generated valid blocks at the same height, but AntPool's block was later included in the official blockchain. SpiderPool's block was treated as a discarded block, resulting in no reward for their miners.
