Bitdeer Secures 10-Year AI Cloud Contract in Malaysia

Bitdeer Technologies ($BTDR) has secured a 21.7MW AI cloud data center in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and signed a 10-year lease agreement. The company announced in its July 21 operations update that the facility is scheduled to be delivered by Q1 2027. The data center will house 128 NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems. Bitdeer reported that its AI cloud business achieved annualized revenue of approximately $76 million (about 10.21 billion won) in June, with a GPU utilization rate of 95%. The company is expanding both its Bitcoin mining infrastructure and AI cloud operations.
