Bitdeer's Bitcoin mining output surges 250% year-on-year in August

U.S. Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer reported that its August mining output reached approximately 1,310 Bitcoin (BTC), a 249% increase from the same period last year's 375 BTC. Compared to July's 1,190 BTC, this represents a 10% rise.
Bitdeer's self-mining hash rate at its own data centers increased from 76.7 EH/s in July to 79.9 EH/s in August. Its co-mining hash rate, operating mining rigs at third-party data centers under its ownership, rose from 18.7 EH/s to 21.6 EH/s during the same period.
As of late August, Bitdeer's held Bitcoin balance decreased to 61 BTC from 257 BTC in July.
The company's artificial intelligence (AI) cloud business reported an annualized revenue of approximately $86 million for August, up nearly $1 million from July's $76 million.
