BitMart Opens Dedicated Portal for User Feedback on Withdrawals and Restructuring

BitMart has opened a dedicated portal for users to submit feedback regarding withdrawal processes and restructuring plans. Submissions will not immediately alter account or asset status. The exchange announced the launch of the feedback portal via an official notice on July 16, stating it would collect inquiries related to withdrawals, short-term action plans, platform direction, and potential investment or restructuring proposals.

Submitted content will be reviewed by BitMart alongside external financial advisors A&M and a legal advisory team. The company noted that due to high submission volumes, individual responses may not be possible for all users. Major concerns raised by users will be addressed through subsequent notices. Duplicate submissions will not expedite review processes.

The portal is not a separate channel for processing withdrawal requests. Users must include account registration email, transaction dates, and reference information when reporting withdrawal issues. BitMart also warned against sharing passwords, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or seed phrases through the portal, emphasizing that official channels will never request such details.

BitMart has engaged A&M as an external financial advisor to assess its financial status, assets, stakeholder issues, and orderly withdrawal solutions. The company also appointed White & Case as restructuring advisors following a July 26 announcement that it would wind down operations in an orderly manner. New sign-ups and deposits have been gradually suspended, with spot and futures trading set to end on August 26, and full platform operations scheduled to cease at 11:59 PM UTC on February 1, 2027.

The portal launch is not indicative of completed withdrawal procedures but rather part of the process to gather user input while reviewing restructuring and asset handling plans. BitMart plans to sequentially announce upcoming action plans, review progress, and whether an independent third party will oversee operations and asset custody.
