Bitwise CIO Says BTC Rally Will Continue Until Debt Issues Improve

Bitwise Asset Management Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan has predicted that the Bitcoin rally will continue until debt issues improve. According to charts shared by Hougan on X, from July 1 to September 15, the probability of the Clarity Act passing before year-end dropped from 39% to 18% on prediction market platform Polymarket, while BTC prices rose 38% during the same period. Meanwhile, a Clarity Act cloture vote (determining whether the bill proceeds to full Senate debate) was previously rejected by the U.S. Senate.
