BNCB Holds $17.28 Million... Jiang Zhuoer Says BNB Exposure at 58%

BNCB holdings have reached $17.28 million (approximately 239 billion won). Combined assets for BNCB and BNC4 total $22.57 million (about 312 billion won).

Jiang Zhuoer, founder of the Bitmain mining pool, stated on July 18 that BNCB is a means exposing approximately 58% to BNB price movements, as reported by Blockbits. He argued that BNCB inflows could draw funds from the virtual asset market into CEA Industries ($BNC), potentially creating a 'coin-stock virtuous cycle.'

BNCB is the Binance bStocks token corresponding to CEA Industries. Binance officially announced on July 14 at 9 PM KST that trading for BNCB would begin, adding it as a margin collateral asset on both spot and exchange platforms, though this feature is limited to some users in approved regions.

Current inflows show $17.28 million into BNCB and $5.29 million into BNC4. Jiang Zhuoer compared BNB's total market capitalization of approximately $94 billion (about 12.98 trillion won) to CEA Industries' market cap of roughly $220 million (approximately 30.38 billion won). He noted that if just 1% of BNB buying funds shifted to CEA, the current discount could narrow, though this is a hypothetical scenario.

He also stated he bought CEA at around $4.5 per share, emphasizing it was personal trading history and investment judgment—not a guarantee of price appreciation or reduced discounts for BNCB.

CEA Industries disclosed in an SEC filing as of July 31 that it holds 515,544 BNB tokens with a fair value of $32.3 million (about 417.5 billion won), confirming its ongoing digital asset financial strategy centered around BNB.

BNCB is traded as tokenized securities, but the actual conversion relationship between BNCB holdings and CEA stock demand requires separate verification. Further trading data will be needed to determine if expanded BNCB trading connects BNB demand with CEA stock demand.
