Capital B Adds 4 More BTC, Holds Total of 3,525 BTC

European-listed company Capital B (Capital B) announced it purchased four more bitcoins for approximately €270,000 ($4.19 million) on April 14 (local time), adding to its strategic Bitcoin accumulation. The purchase was funded through a €250,000 rights issue at €5.64 per share. Following the transaction, Capital B and its subsidiary Capital B Luxembourg SA now hold a total of 3,525 BTC, with a cumulative acquisition cost of €39.7 million ($4.816 billion). The average purchase price per bitcoin is €87,854 ($13.66 million).
