Chainalysis Begins Auto-Support for Arc's New Tokens on Circle's EVM-Compatible Blockchain

Chainalysis has begun automatically supporting new ERC-20 and ERC-721-based tokens issued by Circle's Arc. Users can monitor Arc token transactions and analyze fund flows without separate manual registration. Chainalysis announced the start of Arc support on June 16.
Arc is Circle's EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain, using USDC as gas fees. Transactions are confirmed in under one second with a target of processing over 3,000 transactions per second. Circle describes Arc as a blockchain specialized for stablecoin finance. With this integration, newly issued tokens on Arc will automatically appear on Chainalysis platforms without separate registration, covering ERC-20 and ERC-721 token standards.
Customers can monitor Arc-based token transactions and identify risk signals through Chainalysis' transaction monitoring service KYT (Know Your Transaction). Arc support is also applied to Entity Review products and fund flow analysis tool Reactor, enabling tracking of transactions within Arc and visualizing fund movement paths. Arc adopts a structure using USDC as gas fee assets instead of volatile native tokens, with Circle's official documentation stating fees are displayed based on USDC for better cost predictability while maintaining compatibility with existing Ethereum development tools and Solidity-based smart contracts.
