Chinese Miner Pool Founder Says Key Clarity Act Issues Remain Unresolved

BTC.top founder Zhang Zhuo'er, a Chinese national, has forecasted that the U.S. Clarity Act is unlikely to pass through procedural vote on September 15 (local time), citing unresolved core issues. In an X post, he explained that while the Republican Party has accepted about 80% of Democratic concerns regarding recent amendments, pushing the bill's passage probability from 14% to 28%, actual compromise level remains around 60%. Key provisions such as ethics clauses and enforcement authority have not been sufficiently addressed. Specifically, Democrats had demanded ethics rules apply to federal officials, spouses, children, and related entities, but the latest version limits application only to officials and spouses.
