Circle Launches Arc x402 Payment Service Supporting Base and Polygon

Circle has launched an Arc x402 payment facilitator service, according to reports. The service supports Base and Polygon PoS networks. Crypto Briefing reported that Circle's x402 Facilitator is now operational on Arc. The x402 Facilitator verifies payment information submitted by users and processes payments on the blockchain. Circle introduced a developer-focused payment flow using x402 to receive API fees in USDC on the Arc testnet on May 18.
