Clarify Bill Rejection Triggers Institutional Outflows from Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs

The rejection of the Clarify Act in the U.S. Senate has triggered significant outflows from Bitcoin and Ethereum spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The bill, which failed to secure the necessary 60 votes with a 49-50 vote on Thursday (local time), did not pass the procedural vote required for advancement.

According to Pathway Investors, over the past 24 hours, $450.4 million (approximately KRW 615.6 billion) flowed out of U.S. Bitcoin spot ETFs, while $142.3 million (approximately KRW 194.5 billion) exited Ethereum spot ETFs.
