Clarity Act Passage Outlook Boosts Polymarket and Kalshi Markets

With the U.S. Senate poised to begin floor debate on the Clarity Act, prediction markets have seen a surge in optimism about its passage, hitting multi-week highs.

CoinDesk reports that Polymarket traders currently estimate a 30% chance of the bill passing this year, up sharply from 12% at the start of September and the highest since early August. Kalshi saw the probability jump to 64% earlier this week before settling around 53%, having risen from 26% just ten days prior.

Both platforms have recently adjusted their assessments upward, reflecting growing market confidence in the bill's prospects ahead of key Senate proceedings.
