Clarity Act Vote Looms as Market Already Prices in Failure

Analysts suggest the market has already priced in the possibility of the U.S. Senate's Clarity Act failing to pass. Simon Dedic argued that as the Senate prepares for a procedural vote on the Clarity Act ahead of its upcoming full vote, the market has sufficiently reflected the likelihood of the bill not advancing. The Senate is set to decide on Thursday whether to proceed with discussions on the legislation, which requires 60 votes out of 100 to advance to the next stage. Senator Sinema Loomis, chair of the Senate Banking Digital Assets Subcommittee, unveiled a revised version of the bill and announced the vote date on Tuesday.
