CoinOne's FIU Court Case Postponed After Rehearing Request

According to industry sources on November 11, Seoul Administrative Court's Administrative Division 10 has postponed CoinOne's lawsuit challenging the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the Financial Services Commission over an administrative penalty to November 25. The initial hearing date was set for November 16. However, after the court issued a preparatory order to both parties in June, FIU requested an extension, leading to the delay. This marks approximately seven months since CoinOne filed its lawsuit on April 27. Bithumb's case is also delayed; the exchange had initially scheduled its first hearing for October 13 but has now been rescheduled to October 22. The postponement comes after FIU lost a similar lawsuit against Doosan Group, prompting a more cautious approach from the agency.
