CoinOne announced on the 17th that it secured victory at the 'Datadog Game Day,' a hands-on incident response experience event co-hosted by Megazone Cloud and Datadog (Datadog). The event took place on the afternoon of the 15th at Red Button Culture Stage in Gangnam, Seoul.

The competition brought together developers, DevOps engineers, SREs, infrastructure specialists, and security professionals from various industries. A total of 17 teams participated, including representatives from cryptocurrency exchanges, telecom companies, game studios, and travel platforms.

Teams of three to four members worked to resolve complex incident scenarios in a virtual banking application environment, competing on points. Participants analyzed real-time causes of issues such as payment delays, error spikes, and external attacks occurring during millions of transactions, testing their incident response capabilities.

CoinOne's 'Raiyuchu' team, composed of four engineers, completed the mission with a perfect score in the shortest time, securing first place. The team maintained a low error rate while achieving an overwhelming average resolution time, never relinquishing the top position from start to finish.

Kim Young-min, CoinOne's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), stated, 'We will continue to strengthen our incident response capabilities to provide customers with high satisfaction service experiences.'
