CoreWeave Completes $4 Billion Convertible Bond Offering

CoreWeave ($CRWV) has completed a $4 billion (approximately 5.524 trillion won) convertible bond issuance. The company plans to use part of the net proceeds for capped call transaction costs and the remainder for general corporate operations. CoreWeave announced on April 14 (local time) that it issued $4 billion worth of 1.75% convertible bonds maturing in 2032 through a private placement to qualified institutional buyers. All additional purchase options granted to initial purchasers were exercised. The initial conversion price for the convertible bonds was set at approximately $119.60 per share, as disclosed in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Form 8-K filing.
