CoreWeave Surges 10.73% After Nvidia's $2 Billion Investment

Nvidia has invested $2 billion (approximately 2.7 trillion won) in CoreWeave and expanded its AI infrastructure cooperation. CoreWeave shares closed up 10.73% at $108.86 on January 27, the next trading day after the announcement. Nvidia and CoreWeave jointly announced on January 26 that CoreWeave will utilize Nvidia's computing platform to build and operate AI facilities exceeding 5GW by 2030. Nvidia purchased CoreWeave Class A common shares at $87.20 per share. The companies stated they will strengthen collaboration in AI infrastructure, software, and platforms, with CoreWeave planning to adopt Nvidia's next-generation computing and storage platforms early.
