Cornelis Networks Raises $25 Million to Launch AI Network Technology

Cornelis Networks has raised $25 million (approximately 27.53 billion won) and unveiled its AI network technology 'Active Compute Fabric.' According to TechCrunch, the company announced the funding and product launch on April 14 (local time). The investment was led by IAG Capital Partners. Cornelis stated that Active Compute Fabric is designed to process data while transmitting it, reducing GPU idle time waiting for data arrival. Founded in 2020 as a spinoff from Intel, Cornelis has developed an open network architecture supporting multiple GPUs and accelerator hardware. TechCrunch reported that the company has begun shipping products and is preparing to launch its next-generation product this second half of the year.
