Crypto.com's Nadex Completes SEC Registration to Push Single-Asset Futures

Crypto.com's U.S. derivatives exchange Nadex has completed registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), paving the way for its push to launch single-asset futures. Nadex now can trade securities futures products on OG.com following SEC approval. The SEC confirmed on Friday that it accepted Nadex's Form 1-N filing, which was submitted on April 14.
Kris Marszalek, founder and CEO of OG.com and co-founder of Crypto.com, announced on X (formerly Twitter) on April 17 that the company is working with the SEC and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to advance single-asset perpetual futures in the United States. Perpetual futures are contracts without fixed expiration dates, though specific launch timing and tradable assets remain unconfirmed.
