Crypto Positions Liquidated at $51.64M in One Hour, 92% Longs

Crypto markets saw $51.64 million (approximately 696 billion won) in positions liquidated within one hour as of 10:43 PM KST on September 15. Of this amount, $47.66 million (about 642 billion won) represented long position liquidations, accounting for 92% of the total. Short position liquidations totaled $3.98 million (approximately 54 billion won). The data was compiled by TokenPost from publicly available liquidation data across Binance, Bybit, and OKX, covering a total of 4,516 liquidations.

Liquidation amounts per exchange were: Binance $35.94 million (about 484 billion won), OKX $8.95 million (approximately 121 billion won), and Bybit $6.75 million (around 91 billion won). On a coin basis, Ethereum led with $29.19 million (about 393 billion won), followed by Bitcoin at $13.92 million (roughly 188 billion won) and XRP at $3.01 million (approximately 41 billion won).
