Over the past 24 hours, $519.04 million (approximately KRW 719.86 billion) in leveraged positions were liquidated across the cryptocurrency market. Short position liquidations accounted for 90.20% of the total, nearly nine times more than long position liquidations.
According to CoinGlass, as of 3:55 PM KST on September 19, 2026, the top 20 assets by 24-hour liquidation volume totaled $519.04 million (approximately KRW 719.86 billion). Long position liquidations amounted to $50.88 million (approximately KRW 70.57 billion), while short positions totaled $468.16 million (approximately KRW 649.29 billion).
Over the same period, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 4.69% to $81,030 (approximately KRW 112.37 million), and Ethereum (ETH) increased 5.80% to $2,627 (approximately KRW 364.33 million). Among major assets, Solana (SOL) gained 5.96%, Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose 5.82%, Zcash (ZEC) advanced 4.28%, and Ripple (XRP) climbed 7.62%.
Bitcoin (BTC) was the largest single asset by 24-hour liquidation volume at $268.62 million (approximately KRW 372.55 billion), with short positions making up 96% of that total. Other top assets included Ethereum (ETH) at $125.49 million, Solana (SOL) at $33.92 million, Zcash (ZEC) at $27.95 million, Ripple (XRP) at $13.76 million, and Hyperliquid (HYPE) at $10.21 million.
