DeFi Development Adds 55,491 SOL, Sets Up CHAD ATM Program

DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV) has added 55,491 SOL tokens and set up an ATM program allowing it to sell up to 30 million CHAD preferred shares for a maximum of $300 million (approximately 40.29 billion KRW). Foresight News reported that DeFi Development increased its SOL holdings. A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated November 11th, Form 8-K, states the company appointed R.F. Raperty as a sales agent to sell up to 30 million CHAD preferred shares at market price. The company plans to use the net proceeds for SOL purchases, working capital, and strategic initiatives. However, the program does not require the company to issue all shares; the actual number of shares sold and funds raised remain undetermined.
