Dunamu Partners with Kazakhstan's Alatau City Authority for RWA Tokenization Initiative

Dunamu has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kazakhstan's Alatau City Authority (ACA) and Alatau City Bank to establish a digital financial infrastructure. The company announced on the 16th that the agreement was finalized at a South Korea-Kazakhstan business roundtable held in Seoul on the 15th. The three entities will jointly explore the feasibility of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and security token offerings (STO), while also seeking collaboration on digital financial tools such as stablecoins and payment solutions. Dunamu will provide technical expertise for tokenization solutions and digital infrastructure development. ACA will handle regulatory environment analysis and coordinate with government and relevant agencies, while Alatau City Bank will assess the business viability of connecting digital assets with traditional financial systems. Specific business models and implementation strategies will be detailed in a separate agreement following further review.
