Ethereum Absorbs $123.47M as Bitcoin Trails with $84.68M

Ethereum has become the focal point of market flows with an inflow of $123.47 million. According to CryptoMeter's data as of 2:30 p.m. KST on May 18, legal tender and cash-like funds totaling $15.59 million in USD and €492,000 in EUR entered the crypto market over the past five hours.
Stablecoins saw inflows of $152.41 million in USDT, $1.126 million in USDC, and $637,000 in FDUSD, which were distributed across various cryptocurrencies.
The main inflow destinations included Ethereum (ETH) at $123.47 million, Bitcoin (BTC) at $84.68 million, and Solana (SOL) at $18.93 million. Other notable inflows were Zcash (ZEC) at $16.42 million, XRP at $11.11 million, and NEAR at $6.93 million.
On the outflow side, Ethereum (ETH) saw the largest withdrawal of $17.2 million over the past five hours, followed by Bitcoin (BTC) at $12.65 million, U at $3.38 million, Hyperliquid (HYPE) at $2.38 million, and VVV at $1.71 million.
Some outflow funds were concentrated into stablecoins: $8.11 million in USDT, $3.19 million in USDC, and $1.17 million in USD1. An additional $2.69 million in BFUSD was distributed across various cryptocurrencies.
Legal tender outflows included $6.88 million in USD, $5.47 million in KRW, and $3.87 million in TRY.
