A security breach led to the theft of $7.73 million worth of rsETH from an anonymous Ethereum Safe wallet, as reported by Blockaid. Hackers exploited a callable keeper multi-call feature to redirect a custom Uniswap v4 liquidity provision module installed on Safe to a hook pool they created.
