Evernorth Holdings Secures $30 Million Convertible Note from NH Investment & Securities

Strategic XRP accumulation firm Evernorth Holdings has secured a $30 million convertible note investment from NH Investment & Securities, according to The Block. The investment is contingent upon the completion of Evernorth's SPAC merger, with proceeds to be used for XRP purchases and general corporate operations. Evernorth's S-4 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its SPAC merger became effective in August.

Upon completion of the merger, Evernorth will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'XRPN'.
