Evernos Secures $30 Million Convertible Bond Agreement with NH Investment & Securities

Evernos, an XRP financial management company, has signed a $30 million (approximately 41.4 billion KRW) convertible bond issuance agreement with institutional investors involving NH Investment & Securities as the trustee. According to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the convertible bonds carry a 4% annual interest rate, mature in 2031, and are structured as senior PIK (Payment In Kind) convertible notes payable in cash. The issuance is conditional upon the completion of a business combination transaction with Amada Acquisition Corporation II. Proceeds will be used for general corporate operations including XRP purchases and activities within the XRP ecosystem. Upon completion of the business combination, the merged entity is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker 'XRPN'.
