FIFA Collect claimed to have surpassed 1 million users, but official figures show more than 85,000 FIFA Blockchain addresses. The platform transitioned from Algorand (ALGO) infrastructure to its own FIFA Blockchain in May 2025, which operates on Avalanche technology and is EVM-compatible. This allows integration with Ethereum-based tools and wallets like MetaMask.

FIFA stated that over 100,000 fans gained access to World Cup venues through Right-to-Buy (RTB) assets for the 2026 World Cup. RTB provides the right to purchase tickets, not the tickets themselves, requiring separate purchases during a designated period.

Crypto Briefing reported FIFA Collect reached 1 million users on July 17, but the company clarified that blockchain addresses and platform sign-ups are measured differently, making direct comparisons difficult. The official data includes over 85,000 FIFA Blockchain addresses and more than 100,000 fans using RTB for venue access.

Secondary market trading volume for RTB and Right-to-Ticket (RTT) assets exceeded $25 million (about 34.3 billion KRW), though the exact calculation method and timeframe remain unclear. Some users reported issues with wallet connections and fee processing during the migration, while others praised the platform's World Cup ticket access feature.
