Former Huobi Founder Sells London Mansion for 34.5 Billion Won

Former Huobi (Huobi) founder Li Lin has sold his London Regent's Park mansion The Holme for around £19 million (£34.5 billion won), according to the Financial Times. Li Lin purchased the property for £13.9 million in 2024 and held it for approximately two years. The sale is estimated to have generated a book profit of about £5.1 million (over 900 billion won). The Holme, featuring 40 bedrooms and a four-acre garden, was sold under an undisclosed seller but was confirmed through on-chain and financial tracking to be owned by Li Lin in substance. After selling his Huobi shares in 2022, Li Lin currently operates Hong Kong's Family Office Avenue Group. He is also the largest shareholder of Bitfire Group, a cryptocurrency asset management firm holding a 30% stake, continuing significant digital asset investments.
