Gate.io Integrates Circle's Arc Mainnet for 'Zero Gas Fee' Trading

Global cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io has integrated Circle (USDC)’s native blockchain Arc into its web3 services. According to Odeally on January 16 (local time), Gate announced that it now supports the Arc blockchain across key web3 platforms including Trenches and GateWallet.

Users can now view, send, and receive Arc-based assets via GateWallet. They can also connect their wallets to decentralized applications (DApps) within the Arc ecosystem to access on-chain services through Trenches. The Trenches platform has added features for exploring and trading Arc-based assets, with Gate supporting 'zero gas fee' transactions for such trades.

Gate recently introduced a temporary gas fee exemption service for Robinhood Chain-based asset trading within Trenches. With the addition of Arc, more blockchains now offer gas fee exemptions. Meanwhile, Circle officially launched the Arc mainnet on January 16, designed to support financial services like stablecoin payments, conversions, and tokenized asset trading.
