Global Liquidity Radar: Exchanges See $339M BTC Inflow Amid Asian Volume Surge

Bitcoin balances on major exchanges showed a net daily inflow but continued monthly outflows, according to CoinGlass data as of 1:30 p.m. UTC on June 16. Total Bitcoin holdings across key platforms stood at approximately 2,482,583 BTC.

Daily inflows totaled 339 BTC, while weekly inflows reached 3,134 BTC. However, monthly outflows amounted to 23,620 BTC, indicating a longer-term trend of Bitcoin moving off exchanges.

Coinbase Pro held the largest balance at 845,154 BTC, recording a daily outflow of 99.79 BTC and weekly outflow of 5.97 BTC. Binance followed with 682,892 BTC, reporting a daily inflow of 580.15 BTC and weekly inflow of 3,225.55 BTC. Bitfinex held third place with 420,008 BTC, showing a daily outflow of 70.69 BTC but weekly inflow of 1,287.84 BTC.

Daily top inflows came from Binance (580 BTC), OKX (255 BTC), and Bybit (223 BTC). Top outflows were led by Kraken (-276 BTC), CoinEx (-212 BTC), and Coinbase Pro (-100 BTC).

Binance's BTC/USDT trading volume reached $738.62 million during Asian hours, $1.04 billion in European hours, and $311.14 million in U.S. hours. Compared to the previous day (Asian: $218.05 million, European: $644.13 million, U.S.: $57.97 million), Asian volume surged 239%, European volume rose 61%, and U.S. volume fell 39%.
