Grayscale: Clarity Act Passage Likely Below 30% by Year-End

Grayscale has stated that the likelihood of the U.S. virtual asset market structure bill, known as the Clarity Act, passing by year-end has risen to approximately 29%.

According to a report by cryptocurrency-focused media CoinTelegraph on Wednesday (local time), the probability of the Clarity Act being passed this year has increased to about 29%.

Amid ongoing discussions in the U.S. Congress regarding the handling of the Clarity Act, projections on its passage have been evolving.

However, Grayscale continues to assess the year-end passage probability as still below 30%.
