Grayscale Pushes to Convert LTC Trust into ETF for NYSE Arca Listing

Grayscale is pushing to convert its Litecoin Trust (LTC) into an ETF for listing on the New York Stock Exchange Arca (NYSE Arca). The company disclosed in an amended S-3 filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 11 that it plans to change the product name to 'Grayscale Litecoin Trust ETF' ahead of registration effectiveness and listing. If approved, the ETF would trade under the ticker LTCN.
