H100 Group CEO Acquires 407,163 Shares via Subsidiary

Arik Grøtum, CEO of H100 Group, acquired 407,163 shares of H100 stock through a related entity, according to a company announcement. The firm reported that its Bitcoin (BTC) holdings total 3,506 coins.

Grøtum, who serves as chairman and holds a 20% stake in subsidiary Kode Oslo AS, participated in investment decisions for the subsidiary. Of the acquired shares, 405,663 were purchased at an average price of 1.53 Swedish krona per share on August 15, while 1,500 shares were bought at 1.40 Swedish krona per share on August 19.

Total H100 shares held by related companies now amount to 5,399,464 shares.
