Hamas Military Unit Advises Donors to Avoid Binance, Use OKX and Bybit Instead

A Hamas military faction, Al-Qassam Brigade, has been directing supporters to avoid using Binance for financial transactions and instead utilize platforms such as Bybit, OKX, Cast, RedDotPay, and Trust Wallet. According to documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice on September 1, the Al-Qassam Brigade instructed donors to use Binance only for purchasing virtual assets but to employ other applications for actual fund transfers. The document also mentioned Trust Wallet as an alternative method. The U.S. Department of Justice reported that over $560,000 in virtual assets intended for Hamas were seized, along with the acquisition of websites and servers used for fundraising.
