Hong Kong-based Huashafund Completes Digital Asset Investment Using HKDAP Stablecoin

Huashafund Hong Kong, a China-based asset management firm, announced it has completed a digital asset investment using the Hong Kong dollar-linked stablecoin HKDAP, developed in collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank and others. The company described this as the first case of utilizing HKDAP for digital asset investment in Hong Kong. HKDAP is designed by Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong and issued by licensed stablecoin issuer Anchor Financial. Huashafund stated that this case demonstrates the ability to connect Hong Kong dollar stablecoins with digital financial assets within a regulatory framework.
