Hu Xiaowei, dubbed as a top deputy of Cambodia's Prince Group, has seen his London Belgravia mansion valued at £53 million frozen. According to reports citing UK land registry data, the property was purchased for £53 million on October 5, 2023, and registered under the name of Hu Xiaowei's wife, Zhao Tian.

The UK government designated Hu Xiaowei as a figure involved in Prince Group's financial network on March 26, imposing asset freezes, travel bans, and restrictions on residency rights. The government also cited involvement in operating scam centers in Cambodia linked to human rights violations as the reason for sanctions.
