HYPE ETF Sees $1.67M Daily Inflow as HYPG Dominates

American HyperLiquid (HYPE) spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) saw $1.67 million in net inflows on April 16 (local time), according to SoSoValue data. The sole product recording this daily inflow was Grayscale's HyperLiquid Staking ETF (HYPG). HYPG's daily inflow of $1.67 million matched the total HYPE spot ETF net inflows for that day.
Since its launch, HYPG has accumulated $141 million in net inflows, while total HYPE spot ETFs have seen cumulative net inflows of $328 million. As of the reporting date, total HYPE spot ETF assets under management stood at $417 million, representing 2.38% of HYPE's market capitalization.
This daily flow contrasted with the previous trading day (April 15), when $3.89 million in net outflows occurred from Bitwise's HyperLiquid ETF (BHYP). Despite this, total cumulative inflows remained positive at $326 million for HYPE spot ETFs overall.
Previous HYPE ETF flows also showed divergent trends across products: some saw inflows while others experienced outflows, with the net effect varying daily. For instance, on April 4, $10.52 million flowed into BHYP alone, while on April 9, $5.29 million left through BHYP.
Spot ETFs allow investors to gain exposure to underlying assets without direct ownership. HYPE spot ETFs provide indirect access to the HyperLiquid token (HYPE). Daily inflows indicate more funds entered than exited that day, though cumulative figures across products may differ from individual product performance.
